At M/S SOLFiT ENERGY PVT LTD(Hereinafter referred as SOLFiT ENERGY), it's
our passion and mission to ensure highest quality of our products to the satisfaction of a
consumer. However, at times in-spite of our best efforts, it doesn’t meet our consumer’s
desired expectations and if for any reason our consumer found any discrepancies with the
product, he/she may return it within 7 Days from the date of billing of the product provided
he/she has notified his/her intention for refund/exchange within 24 hours from the date of
delivery of the goods at his/her end by either calling us at +91 9782255582 or email at [email protected] .
Product Return :
-
If for any reason, you want to return the product, you can raise the return request as
per return policy. However, in such return cases the cancellation rules will be
applicable. The return request would need to be sent through the e-mail from your
registered e-mail ID, at [email protected], or by contacting
us on our Grievance team phone no +91 9782255582, mentioning order details being
mandatory. Your amount will be refunded back to you within 7 working days depending on
the mode of payment and banks involved.
- Please ensure that you check the product thoroughly at the time of delivery. You have
the option to accept delivery after putting the suitable remarks on the POD (proof of
delivery) document. In case there is no such remark about any kind of damage or defect
or missing item, SOLFiT ENERGY would be at the liberty to not to replace or refund the
order.
- If the product sent by courier/transport by the company is returned undelivered by a
consumer / SOLFiT ENERGYassociate, for any reason whatsoever, then the consumer / SOLFiT
ENERGYassociate shall be responsible to pay to the company all courier and product
handling charges. If not paid, the company shall have right to deduct the amount from
the advance amount paid or commission and incentive entitlement of the consumer / SOLFiT
ENERGYassociate.
Product Replacement :
- Due to nature of our products, we discourage the returns post satisfactory
product delivery. However, if there is any issue in the product, we will be happy to
assist you with the right solution like replacement or the service as the case may
be.
- We will replace your products till 15 days from the date of product return/exchange
request received. The replacement would be considered in the following circumstances:
- Product delivered was different from what you ordered (different model, size,
make, specifications, etc.). All the parts of the product should be intact and
in functional state.
- The product delivered was damaged or defective.
- Some parts / accessories of the products were missing.
- In above cases of product replacement, you will be provided with a fresh product/Missing
Part/Accessories. Refunds will be provided only if we are not able to provide you a
replacement product.
Replacement Or Refund Will Not Be Issued Under Following Conditions:
- The request is made beyond the above specified time frame.
- Missing original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables,
and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- You have used the products or product is damaged in some way after the delivery.
- Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Any accessary or consumable item which has been used or installed.
- Serial Numbers of the Products are tampered with or missing.
Beyond this time frame the Products would be repaired as per the product performance Service
and Warranty Policy.
Return Process :
Initiate return:
Write a mail at [email protected] or by contacting us on our Customer
Care Phone No +91 9782255582, mentioning following details:
- Order Number
- SKU / Product you want to return.
- Clear images of the product and packaging highlighting the issue
- Invoice Copy
- Copy of cancelled Cheque (if payment was done in COD / Cheque / bank transfer). If
cancelled Cheque is not available you can share the following details :
- Account holder’s name,
- Account number,
- Bank name and
- IFSC Code of the branch
Reverse Pickup / Self - ship:
Once your return request is accepted, you will be
requested to repack the product with original packing and invoice. You will have to ship the
package to our pre-informed location by courier or physical delivery.
Product Inspection:
Once the return parcel reaches our location, we will do a thorough inspection and will initiate replacement/refund only after we are satisfied with the genuineness of the return request and condition of the product. In case we find that above guidelines are not met, we will return the product back to you without replacement / refund.
Replacement / Refund:
The replacement product will be shipped to you within 15 working days. If replacement can’t be provided, we will refund the entire amount.
Shipping Cost :
The consumer will be responsible for paying the own shipping cost for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In some exceptional cases, if the cost of the shipping is
paid by the SOLFiT ENERGY/ franchisee/ pickup Centre, the shipping cost of the return
product will be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Cancellation :
Order Cancellation is allowed only till the time the order is not shipped. Once shipped an
order cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation by SOLFiT ENERGY PVT LTD:
There may be certain orders that
Suncity is unable to accept and has the right to cancel such order Suncity reserves the
right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever.
Some situations that may result in Consumer / SOLFiT ENERGYAssociate’s order being
cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the Product or quantities
ordered. Suncity may also require additional verifications or information before
processing any order. If Consumer / SOLFiT ENERGYAssociate’s order is cancelled, after
the payment has been processed, the said amount will be reversed / remitted to the
Consumer / SOLFiT ENERGYAssociate either to the bank account provided for such reversal,
or to the payment instrument from which payment was made. SOLFiT ENERGY shall have the
sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above options.
- Cancellation by the Consumer / SOLFiT ENERGY Associate:
As part of usual
business practice, if SOLFiT ENERGY receives a cancellation notice and the order has not
been processed for shipment, SOLFiT ENERGY may cancel the order and refund the entire
amount to Consumer / SOLFiT ENERGYAssociate within a reasonable period of time. SOLFiT
ENERGY will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed for shipment
and have left the SOLFiT ENERGY / Franchisee or Pickup Centre’s premises the Consumer /
SOLFiT ENERGYAssociate shall be informed of its right to return the product to the
SOLFiT ENERGY by bearing its own shipping costs according to return policy.
- Set-off of any benefits availed by Consumer / SOLFiT ENERGYAssociate:
In case Consumer / SOLFiT ENERGYAssociate has availed any benefit under any
marketing or promotions provided by SOLFiT ENERGY in relation to the product for which
the order has been cancelled by the Consumer / SOLFiT ENERGYAssociate or by the SOLFiT
ENERGY, Consumer / SOLFiT ENERGYAssociate agrees and authorizes SOLFiT ENERGY to recover
such benefits from his/her incentive / compensation payable or set-off the same from any
refunds to him/her.
Reference Notes :
- The Consumer /SOLFiT ENERGYAssociate must return the product(s) to SOLFiT ENERGY head
office personally or by courier. A specific form of return must be duly filled and
signed by the Consumer / SOLFiT ENERGYAssociate and must be sent along with the product
to be returned.
- The Product Return Policy does not apply to open packs of literature and videos or other
sales and marketing aids, not meant for re-sale and calculable for incentive /
compensation eligibility.
- Total returns cannot exceed the quantity(s) purchased appearing on the invoice.
- SV adjustment of products returned shall be processed in the same payout. Total SV of
the returned products will be deducted from the returning Consumer’s / SOLFiT
ENERGYAssociate’s account and the sales benefits, incentives or bonuses shall be
deducted from all respective beneficiaries and shall reflect in immediate next payment.
- If Consumer / SOLFiT ENERGYAssociate return the products directly to SOLFiT ENERGY, SV
adjustment shall be done from Consumer’s / SOLFiT ENERGYAssociate’s payment & any excess
amount paid shall be recoverable from him/her.
- The return process of a product may be subject to additional terms & conditions
depending on the nature and category of the product. For any such additional terms the
